The Story

The starting point for this song is the guitar line from the song Aether by my friend Chris's band Man Has A Mania. I put their album Dashboard Malfunction on while on the train and when I heard the opening chords the thought sprung into my mind that it would be fun to try to sample the song. I contacted Chris to get his thoughts and he told me they were cool with it.

The result of my work is an instrumental featuring the original clean guitar, along with a rhythm formed by slices of the guitar chords, electronic drums and synths.
